Important Notification: Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) Scheme

The Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) Scheme is an education LOAN scheme by the Government of Bihar.

It provides financial assistance in the form of a loan of up to ₹4 lakh (at low/subsiized interest rates) to eligible Bihar-resident students for pursuing higher education, including GNM and B.Sc Nursing courses.

This is NOT a scholarship or free grant — the loan amount must be repaid as per the scheme guidelines after course completion.
